Procedure
The procedure involves the invitation of leaders and future leaders to complete some personal identification details (e.g., name and email), a list of up to 5 individuals to be invited to rate the leader/future leader, and a self survey. Invitations are then emailed to the nominated individuals to complete a survey on the leader/future leader. When completed the survey data is compiled into a report for consideration as part of an on going leadership development process.
